30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products purchased directly from Kanex.com. The product must be returned in its original state and you must provide proof of purchase. You have the option to replace the product at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or refund the purchase price of the product.

Kanex One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Kanex warranty obligations for a product you have purchased are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Kanex offers a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase and will offer a new replacement of a product due to a manufacturer’s defect. The purchased product must be returned first to Kanex in order to qualify for a product replacement or refund and all warranty claims. Kanex warrants repaired products and replacement products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. This warranty does not cover products becoming defective due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. This Kanex one (1) year limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. A copy of the sales receipt from the original sales retailer is required for warranty coverage. Warranty only covers users who purchase from kanex.com or an "authorized" Kanex reseller. This warranty does not cover products purchased from online auction websites and does not apply to dealers, distributors, or any other third parties in a distribution chain that are unauthorized sellers of Kanex products or who purchase products for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than kanex.com. For international customers, we do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product.

KANEX LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Kanex warrants these Products against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which it was purchased. This includes breaking or cracking of the glass screen protector during normal use. Warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with in any way. You must register your product at Kanex.com and return the damaged product to Kanex. Kanex, at its option will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. For international customers, we do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product.

Kanex’s warranties apply only to Kanex branded products and are subject to the following terms: all Kanex warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must register your product at Kanex.com, provide proof of purchase and request the replacement. You will also be required to provide a valid credit card number in the case that the damaged or defective product is not returned to Kanex within 30 days. Warranties do not apply to product purchased from online vendors unauthorized to sell Kanex product including ebay.com

KANEX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY INCLUDING BUT NO LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS. KANEX’S WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY THIRD PARTY DEVICES OR THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY CONSUMER. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO KANEX SOFTWARE OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE. ANY ALTERATION, CHANGE, MODIFICATION, OR REPAIR (OTHER THAN REPLACEMENT OF A REPLACEABLE COMPONENT) MADE TO THE PRODUCT BY A PARTY OTHER THAN KANEX WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. KANEX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF KANEX’S WARRANTY POLICY CONTAINED HEREIN. KANEX’S WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KANEX SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE LAW PROHIBITS KANEX FROM DISCLAIMING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATIONS REFERRED TO HITHERTO.

KANEX RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS OR EXTENSIONS TO KANEX’S WARRANTIES. KANEX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF ITS WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES WITHOUT NOTICE.

The benefits conferred by these warranties are in addition to other rights you may have depending on your country, state or province of residence. Furthermore, some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provisions of these warranties are unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.

Warranty Claims

Claims must be made directly by filling out a warranty form available on the Kanex website. All purchased products must be returned within the Limited Warranty Period and include a Kanex-issued RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number which will be sent via email with easy-to-follow instructions on returning procedures.

Please clearly write or mark your RMA number on the outside of your package. To obtain an RMA number, an RMA form must be submitted directly to the Kanex customer service department during the Limited Warranty Period and must state why the product is defective. You must include a copy of the sales receipt for the returned product. Incomplete returns will not be accepted

The product and information will be evaluated once it is received in order to determine whether the returned product conforms to this limited warranty. If Kanex determines the returned product is not defective as stated or is not eligible for warranty service, Kanex will return the product back to you. If Kanex determines the product has a warranted defect, Kanex will, at its option, remedy the defect as stated in this limited warranty. Kanex is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Kanex. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Kanex via a trackable shipment method.
