Exchanges and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt of item(s). You have the option of exchanging
the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be
issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made
by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to
appear on your credit card statement.
We do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident,
abuse or other abnormal use. To request a refund, the product must be in the original packaging and include all original
product materials. A full refund will be granted for all defective products. If conditions above are not met, we reserve
the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%.
How to exchange or return an item
To return an item you’ll need to fill out the following form here to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Kanex will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of the RMA issue date to be accepted.
Please clearly write or mark your RMA number on the outside of your package.
Include a copy of the sales receipt for the returned product.
We recommend that you ship your returned products via a trackable shipment method.
The product and information will be evaluated once it is received. All returned or exchanged items must be in new
condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories.
The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange
only what the customer returns. Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the equivalent model.
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. Incomplete returns will not be

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Product: Failure Out of the Box
All DOA products must be returned to us for inspection. If Technical Support determines that a returned product
is not DOA, we will apply standard product warranty to the product. Furthermore if technical support determines that
you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not DOA, we may impose up to a $50
This DOA policy applies only to Kanex-branded products currently offered at the our Online Store. As new
products are offered, we reserve the right to determine whether or not this policy applies.
